Founders
Every company Endanik ships needs the one thing the machine cannot manufacture: a person who will never waver about it.
Companies are born here the same way every time. An idea gets spec'd, built, and put in front of real customers while it is still cheap to be wrong. Most ideas get parked. The one that proves itself gets a founder, a team, and a cap table, and it leaves as a company. The garage years happen inside the machine, not inside your life.
What you step into is leverage, not safety. The product exists, the IP is filed, the first customers are real, and a machine stands behind you. The company is still yours to carry. The obsession is the job. We found our first founder by reading research papers until the right one surfaced; he is still the pillar of that company, through a showcase, an institutional round, and a rebuild. Sometimes we find the founder. Sometimes the founder recognizes the machine first.
Endanik is not an accelerator, and we do not take in outside companies or ideas. We build our own, and find the person who should run each one. If you are that person for one of ours, introduce yourself.
